End User License Agreement for com.rtstech.lolaswerte
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Lola Swerte application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the service immediately.
2. Disclaimer & Official PCSO Independence
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Lola Swerte is an independent lotto checking assistant developed by RTS Tech. Lola Swerte is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) or any government agency. Official draw results should always be cross-referenced with official PCSO outlets before claiming any prizes.
3. Description of Service
Lola Swerte provides informational tools including:
- AI-powered ticket OCR reading via OpenAI Vision.
- Historical draw result compilation and frequency analytics (hot/cold numbers, positional digit patterns, overdue gap analysis).
- Random number generation algorithms.
- Dream interpretation dictionary lookups.
All combinations generated or suggested by the application are purely random or statistical in nature and do not guarantee any lottery winnings.
4. Subscriptions, Ad Unlocks & Purchases
- Pro Subscriptions: Premium access unlocks unlimited AI Ticket Scanner usage, complete frequency analytics, and an ad-free experience. Pro subscriptions are available for ₱20 per month and billed directly through Google Play.
- Rewarded Ad Unlocks: Free tier users may unlock specific features (such as AI Insights or AI Ticket Scanner) on a per-feature basis by completing rewarded video advertisements.
- Refund Policy: In-app purchases and subscription billing are governed by Google Play Store refund policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All original graphics, character designs (Lola Swerte logo/avatar), code, user interfaces, and brand assets are the exclusive property of RTS Tech. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any portion of the application without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RTS Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the application or reliance on any calculated lottery results or recommendations.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
